# Fill plugs/config+store+i18n spec

## Goal
Analyze the `plugs/config/`, `plugs/store/`, `plugs/i18n/`, and `plugs/util/` directories and document styles, sizes, state management, and utilities.

## Context

## Technical Notes
- Style classes use CSS custom properties (likely)
